Baby Chick Easter Oreo Pops
  • Oreos
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Almond bark or candy melts
  • 1-2 tbsp olive/vegetable oil (for almond bark)
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Toppings and decorations
  1. Twist apart Oreos and add popsicle sticks so the top point is about center to the cookie, pressed into the filling a bit.
  2. Place onto wax paper.
  3. Melt candy/chocolate coating or almond bark by microwaving 1-2 minutes at a time
  4. Add food coloring if desired (along with olive/vegetable oil if using almond bark) and mix well.
  5. Add a bit of the coating on the top of the popsicle stick where you placed it in the cookie and then put the second half back on, gently pressing. Let it harden for a few minutes to several hours.
  6. Coat the outside with a spoon or knife and let harden a little before adding additional toppings or decorations. .
