In our neck of the woods, it has been hot! I have been trying out some easy meal and dessert ideas for our crew. This simple strawberry sorbet was a hit.
Did I mention it was easy? Mama likes easy.

Easy Berry Sorbet
- Frozen berries (or other fruit)
- Water, just enough to blend
- Honey or other sweetener, to taste
Add all ingredients and blend away! It should be the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Add a little more fruit or a little more water to get it just right. In our Vitamix, it’s when these lovely little hills form.
I can’t wait to try it with frozen blueberries, peaches, or mixed fruit. Yum!
