At Proverbial Homemaker, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, including planners, worksheets, educational resources, and more, to support your journey as a homeschooler, homemaker, and follower of Christ. You can primarily find those at proverbialhomemakerstore.com. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once a product is downloaded. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and offer refunds under specific circumstances.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available if the digital product fails to download or is defective (e.g., corrupted file or incorrect content).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If a download fails, we’ll provide a new download link. If the issue persists, you may request a refund.
  • Digital products successfully downloaded and accessed are non-returnable due to their instant delivery nature.

Proverbial Homemaker collects as little information as possible from users looking to post comments and messages in the forum.  We will typically collect a name (either real or alias), personal website, and e-mail address.
