  1. Great opportunity! Remember to check the safety of some EO’s before using them around children under 10 years old and especially infants. Peppermint and Cinnamon bark can cause serious breathing problems in children.

    1. Definitely check out Attention Assist. It was developed with ADD and AHDH specifically in mind and I hear very good things about it’s effectiveness. I would also recommend Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Vetiver (but you’ll want to add sandalwood to it to even out the scent), Lavender, and Ylang Ylang. Hope that helps!
