Juicing. If you want to up your intake of fruits and veggies, juicing may be for you. Have you wanted to incorporate fresh juices in to your diet, or perhaps even try a juice fast?
The thing is, not all of us have a juicer. Perhaps we can’t afford it or aren’t yet convinced we’ll keep using it over time. Then there are the ones like me who used to have one and couldn’t handle the extra space and cleaning it required. Just thinking about it makes me twitch. It’s ok – we all have our limitations.
Well, my fellow seekers of health, there is good news! You can make juice without a juicer!
