Tauna is kind, firm, asks good questions, sees the point, and doesn’t get emotional when I change my mind but, rather, gets the work done. She dug into the National Home Education Research Institute’s (NHERI) purposes, tone, and character and ferreted out the key nuggets and guided us where to go. Then when I asked her to lead me and “tell me what to do” (smile) with me having authority and veto power, she did so quickly, matter-of-factly, and competently. Just what NHERI needed! She gets a big thumbs-up.
