Here’s a great snack or lunch idea that’s quick, easy, and very healthy! The inspiration for this came from this post at New Nostalgia. All my banana-loving kids enjoyed them.
Assemble each banana rollup with the following:
- 1 Tortilla
- About 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tbsp chia seed (or wheat germ, flax meal, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips)
