Check out this roundup of Three Kings activities for kids! Such a fun way to explore the Christmas story.

Draw the Wise Men Tutorial from Art Hub for Kids – My children love the simple cartoon drawing instructions from Art Hub for Kids on YouTube! This one on the wise men is perfect for our studies.

Nativity Star Paper Craft from Jesus Without Language – I love this adorable craft for kids that are a little older. It would make great Christmas decor for a table display with all your Three Kings activities or a cute gift idea.

Paper Crowns from DLTK – A simple craft is to make these paper crowns and act out the story of the nativity. The wise men arrive at the home of Joseph and Mary when Jesus is about 2!

Teach your kids about the wise men with this Three Kings Printable Pack and Bible Study! Includes math, language arts, fun Bible activities, copywork, and more!

Three Kings Printable Pack & Bible Study – over 150 pages in math, literacy, and Bible activities exploring the story of the three kings for kids! Includes copywork, memory verses (ESV & KJV) mazes, and more.

Video: Jesus and the Three Wise Men from Saddleback Kids – An animation of the story of the three kings, showing that they arrived when Jesus was a young child rather than a baby. (I find that visual helpful since so many resources show the three kings with newborn Jesus in the stable, which was unlikely).

“Find the Wise Men” Activity from Many Seasons of Motherhood – This activity idea from the Christmas Traditions post on this site is a really simple but fun one. We’ve done it in our own home!

Three Wise Men Christmas Ornaments Kids Can Make

Three Wise Men Christmas Ornaments for Kids to Make from Thinking Kids – This is a perfect activity for handicrafts and would be great for the Christmas tree or to give as gifts to friends and family! Read this post for detailed instructions as well as more info on the gifts that the wise men brought Jesus.

The Wise Men Journey from Jen Merckling – This looks like such a sweet tradition to walk kids through advent with a focus on Christ through the story of the wise men. Love the illustrations in the book and the natural wood figurines!

How to Use Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrh in Your Home from Clarissa R. West – An interesting post with more info on the gifts the wise men brought and how they were used back then. Along with some ideas on how to use them now (in the form of essential oils).

Three Kings: Seeking Christ After Christmas from Intoxicated on Life – This is a unit study with printables for learning and a Three Kings party that I created a few years ago when I was a contributor for this blog. It has 7 lessons and some fun activities we’ve enjoyed!

Wise Men Coloring Pages from Bible Story Printables – These are free and have some really cute coloring pages! I always like having coloring pages on hand for whatever we’re learning about or during holiday get-togethers.

Three Kings Plastic Bottle Craft from GUBLife – We happen to have all these supplies on hand for making these cute crafts. It would be a fun activity for the kids!

Three Kings Poetry Study Pack from Pool Noodles and Pixie Dust – This is a cool little Christmas poetry study you can do on Longfellow’s poem about the three kings. It would lead to good discussions about the biblical account and how myths and church traditions have crept in, and also be a good opportunity to dig into learning more about Longfellow!

Three Kings Day Crafts from RedTed Art – A fun roundup of more Three Kings activities. I especially like the ones where the kids dress up or make tissue dolls.

Video: Wise Men Song & Fingerplay from Cullen’s ABC – What young kid doesn’t like a fun finger play and song to learn with their Bible lessons! This one is adorable and perfect for the little ones.

I hope you find some great ideas here and have a wonderful time learning about the wise men with your kids!
